Our products are digital files delivered right after payment.

Defective or unreadable file: write to us at contact@printplayshop.com. We will send you a working file or refund you.

Right of withdrawal: it does not apply if you agreed to access the file immediately and expressly waived this right. Otherwise, you have 14 days to withdraw by writing to us, and you are refunded within 14 days. See our terms of sale.
