Will I receive anything by mail?
No. Our products are PDF files you download right after payment.
How do I get my file?
Right after payment, you get an email with your download link, sent to the address you used for your order. If you can't see it, check your spam folder. Still nothing? Write to us and we'll send it again.
Are the files in English?
Files with "English" in their title are in English. All the others are in French: their title says "French version".
Can I print it more than once?
Yes, as many times as you like for your family. Reselling or sharing the file is not allowed.
Do I need a color printer?
It looks nicer in color, but everything is still easy to read in black and white.
What paper size?
The French versions are in A4 format. The English versions are in US Letter format and also print on A4 paper with the "Fit to page" option.
My child is 2 or 9 years old, will it work?
Each product shows the recommended ages. For a younger child, the grown-up does more of the activity with them. Older kids can do some activities on their own.
